HILLSBOROUGH, NJ – Township resident Grace Chen, together with classmates Sohum Shah and Milan Patel, organized a marketing campaign at Somerset County Vo-Tech Excessive Faculty for college kids to jot down letters of thanks and encouragement to members of the US navy deployed abroad.
